The Feldenkrais Method is a wonderful way to help to improve all activities in one's life through movement exploration.

People who have tried many different complementary movement practices are often surprised about the methods specific functional approach and its potential for learning. 

Feldenkrais brings you back to how you have learnt to sense, feel, and move as a child but through adult life forgotten of the possibilities of using your body. 

The Feldenkrais Method was developed between 1940 and 1984 by the scientist, engineer, and respected Judo teacher Moshe Feldenkrais (1904 - 1984).

 In the beginning era of thinking about the possibilities of the plasticity of the brain and how we as human beings can change habitual behaviour Moshe Feldenkrais has been one of the pioneers in this field.

His experience of healing his own injury, as a teacher of Judo and as a scientist, he created this wonderful method in which you can develop new ways of movement and a bigger range.

The method uses strategic movement exploration which over time can undo habitual ways of moving and bring you more freedom. 

It can help with physical problems, recovery from injury, and improvement of any activities in life.
